Our Pilates and physiotherapy classes will help you achieve a strong and supply body. We combine Pilates principles with stretching activities that can be enjoyed by all ages and most levels of fitness. Our classes of 6 to 10 people are tailored to ensure your workout is safe and enjoyable.

 

Instructor, Julie Lloyd, has taught Pilates and yoga-based classes in the Brisbane area for over ten years. Julie is an experienced fitness professional who enjoys sharing her passion for Pilates and helping others achieve wellbeing through regular mind and body classes.
